Rage Against the Machine
The American rock band Rage Against the Machine was formed in Los Angeles, California in 1991.
Singer Zack de la Rocha, guitarist Tom Morello, bassist Tim Commerford, and drummer Brad Wilk are the band's members.
Rage Against the Machine released their debut album Rage Against the Machine in 1992, which became a commercial success.
The band first public performance, somebody's living room wasdone inOrange County, California in 1991.
In 1997 the Rage was honored toopen for U2 on their PopMart Tour, for which all Rage's profits went to support social organizations.
Rage Against The Machine has been for more time nomeenated at Grammy Awards and in 1997 the bandwas the winner of Grammy forBest Metal Performance.
After a reunion in 2007, in April Rage Against the Machine performed together for the first time in seven years at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. The band has continued to perform at multiple live venues since.
