Mark Schultz was born on September 16, 1970 is a popular Contemporary Christian music singer/songwriter.

He grew up in Colby, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in marketing. He moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he became at youth group leader at First Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) in Nashville.

He has released 4 albums and has been nominated for numerous Dove Awards, finally winning his first at the 2006 Doves ceremony when the CD/DVD Mark Schultz Live: A Night of Stories & Songs was named Long Form Music Video of the Year.

Mark married Kate on September 17, 2005. On his newest CD, Broken and Beautiful, there is a bonus DVD that shows footage of his recent trip to Mexico. Mark was one of the headliners of Onefest 2006.
