Avraam Russo is a Russian pop-singer. He was born on July 21, 1969 in Syria.
He began to sing already during his childhood. While participating at a festival he was observed by a famous singer and was advised to follow vocal cources. At the age of 17 Avraam Russo debuted on a big stage.
In 1989, Russo made his performances abroad. He was invited to sing in the best night clubs of England, France, Greece, Cyprus…
In 1997, Avraam Russo was invited to Russia where he sung for the first time in the restaurant “Praga” (Prague). In this restaurant the singer met his producer Yosif Prigojin and after a short period of time signed a contract with him.
In 2001 Avraam released his first single “Amor” and already the following year Avraam Russo released his debut album “Tonight”. The album contained 16 lyrics in English, Russian, Spanish and Arabian. Avraam was not only the singer of the lyrics, but as well music compositor and author. In 2002 Avraam sung in duet with another famous Russian singer Cristina Orbakayte. The year to follow Viktor Drobish. (a Russian compositor) wrote another duet composition “liubovi kotoroy bolishe net” (Love that does not exist any more) for Avraam and Cristina.
In 2003, the Russian singer released the second album “Prosto liubovoi” (Simply love). The song from the second album “Znaiu” (I know) became mega hit and was famous not only on the Russian top charts.
