Beyonce puts a ring on it at the 2009 VMAs
Beyoncé performs her hit song Single Ladies at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall as part of the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (September 13).
Beyonce rocked the house with her rendition of the smash hit - complete with the now famous leotards and hip shaking dance with two backup dancers.
Other celebs in attendance took notice of her outstanding performance and thoughtfulness for giving Taylor Swift the spotlight she deserved. Katy Perry tweeted, “There’s a reason why Beyonce is my hero.”
