Bruce Springsteen wrestles a Golden Globe
Bruce Springsteen was an early winner at the Golden Globe awards, just held in Los Angeles. Springsteen scored his new trophy for the song “The Wrestler” from the movie of the same name starring Mickey Rouke according to Music-News.com.
The Boss beat Peter Gabriel with “Down To Earth” from “Wall-E”, Jamie Cullum with “Gran Torino” from “Gran Torino”, Miley Cyrus with “I Thought I Lost You” from “Bolt” and Beyonce with “Once In A Lifetime” from “Cadillac Records.”
“The Wrestler” is one of the tracks from Bruce’s new album “Working On A Dream”, due on January 26.
