Lady Gaga is gonna compete with Keira Knightley, Sienna Miller and Scarlett Johansson to play Amy Winehouse
Elena Vnorovscaia / Chişinău / Moldova.ORG / -- Some gossips claim that one of the most influential world celebrity according to Forbes magazine, pop singer Lady Gaga intends to play in a Hollywood biography movie about Amy Winehouse who recently was found dead at her apartment in Camden July 23 after a long battle with drugs and alcohol. Amy was only 27 years old.
As Britain's Daily Star says, Gaga has been intending to start her acting career for a long time ago and the movie about Amy Winehouse is just perfect for her. Gaga is sure that she is the perfect match for this character. Other cast participants for this role are Keira Knightley, Sienna Miller and Scarlett Johansson.
"Lady Gaga worshiped Amy and would love nothing more than to transform herself into her idol on the big screen. She'd be spot on performing Amy's songs and has got the right look and attitude," the NME portal reported.
Also it is known that Gaga is a fan of Amy’s songs and is very unhappy about Amy’s death: "I'm just so devastated and sad, I couldn't speak for like 48 hours straight, I was just so sad".
At the moment there are no details about the movie project known.
