Lily Allen stopped working with Mark Ronson because she didn't want to sound like Amy Winehouse according to Music-News.com.

The singer axed the award-winning producer, who worked on her debut album “Alright, Still”, because she was worried about comparisons between her and other British female singers.

"I would definitely work with him again - I just didn't want to do it this time because Mark has a really retro feel to what he is doing. I wanted to set myself away from Duffy, Adele and Amy Winehouse because they are so brilliant at what they do - it would be silly for me to follow them down that route," she said.

Lily's second album, “It's Not Me, It's You”, will be released on February 9.
