Stevie Wonder's home wasn't burnt in LA fire
According to BBC News, Stevie Wonder has dismissed reports that his home burnt down in a wildfire in the foothills around Los Angeles earlier this week.
The New York Post reported on Thursday that Wonder's home had caught on fire and all his musical memorabilia had gone up in flames.
"I'm grateful to say that my house was not burnt down in the fire," said the musician in a statement.
Wonder's spokeswoman Shelley Selover said the singer does not even have a house in the immediate area hit by the fire.
Wonder, 57, whose hits include “Superstition” and “Happy Birthday,” recently performed in the UK as part of an European tour.
