Jamie Lynn Spears has reportedly been forced into a pre-nuptial agreement with her fiancé Casey Aldridge. The ‘Zoey 101’ star’s mother Lynne Spears insisted that the 17-year-old sign a pre-nup as she fears that her daughter may lose all of her earnings from acting if her marriage to Aldridge goes bad.

“Lynn Spears if worried that 17-year-old will lose all her earnings from TV show Zoey 101 if the relationship falls apart,” says an insider. “The contract is already drawn up and ready to go. Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants – as long as Casey signs the contract.”                                                                 

Jamie Lynn is pregnant with her and Aldridge’s first child. She is believed to be expecting a girl as she was spotted loading a pink baby bouncer into her car.// finditt.com
