Kylie Minogue is back together with ex-lover Olivier Martinez after the pair were spotted having lunch together in Paris Tuesday, USA Today .
The pair shared affectionate hugs and loving looks, hinting their romance is back in full swing.
Remember that Minogue split from the French actor in February 2007 after a four-year relationship, during which he helped her through her breast cancer treatment.
A reconciliation has apparently been in the works for some time, with a source revealing earlier this year, "A mutual Parisian friend passed a message on to Kylie that Ollie was pining for her and deeply regretted the break-up. 
"Two weeks later, Ollie called her late one night when he was a bit drunk. That was their first conversation in almost a year.
"Since that time, they have been regularly calling, having intense conversations and texting incessantly."
