Roy Orbison prepares a news disc with twelve previously unreleased tracks for September 23, according to Reuters.
Sources tells Billboard, that "The Soul of Rock and Roll," from Sony BMG's Legacy Recordings archival division, boasts 107 tracks spanning four decades.
Alongside such classics as "Blue Bayou," "Only the Lonely" and "Oh, Pretty Woman" are selections from his 1980s comeback, including the title track from his final album, "Mystery Girl" and the Traveling Wilburys tune "Not Alone Anymore."
A generous sprinkling of live tracks ends with another rarity, "It's Over," from Orbison's final concert before his 1988 death at the age of 52.
