American Idol's LaKisha Jones heart belongs to Houston financial adviser Larry Davis. The two will marry Sunday at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, PEOPLE informs.

"Rená Puebla is my planner and she is based out of L.A., and she planned Oprah’s 50th birthday party. So everything we've done has been over the phone, over the Internet, over the mail, so I have never seen everything all together," Jones said.

The bride herself will wear an Alfred Angelo strapless gown, Neil Lane diamond earrings and crystal encrusted custom-made Stuart Weitzman shoes.

"Basically, I invited everyone I wanted to," she says, ticking off the names of Sanjaya Malakar, Melinda Doolittle, Gina Glocksen and Haley Scarnato.

The past year was good for Jones. She appeared on Broadway in “The Color Purple,” demonstrated voice techniques as a coach on MTV's “Legally Blonde: The Search for Elle Woods” and prepaired the Oct. 21 release of her single, "So Glad I’m Me," in anticipation of her first solo CD.

"I am glad to be me. I may not have won American Idol, but I have won because I'm able to provide a better life for me and my daughter and that’s all I've ever wanted," she added.
