For the first time, three country music CDs, led by Carrie Underwood's latest, have debuted at the top of the U.S. Billboard 200 album chart.
Underwood's "Carnival Ride" ranked No. 1, followed by Robert Plant and Alison Krauss' "Raising Sand" at No. 2 and Gary Allan's "Living Hard" at No. 3.
Serj Tankian's "Elect the Dead" earned the No. 4 spot, while Josh Groban's holiday album "Noel" is No. 5; Coheed & Cambria's "No World for Tomorrow" No. 6; Kid Rock's "Rock N Roll Jesus" No. 7; Rascal Flatts' "Still Feels Good" No. 8; Seether's "Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces" No. 9 and Disney's "High School Musical 2" soundtrack is No. 10.
