Rapper FLO RIDA is riding high as his single LOW notches up a third successive week as America's most popular song. The hit track continues to hold off Alicia Key's No One and Timbaland's Apologize, which sit at numbers two and three respectively on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Chris Brown's Kiss Kiss is also a non-mover at four, while Fergie's Clumsy climbs a place to five. Elsewhere, Seether's Fake It is number one on the Modern Rock chart for a third week.
